Founded in 1935, Riley Welding & Fabricating is a family-owned custom welding and fabricating company based in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Backed by a commitment to meet clients’ needs while striving to exceed expectations, Riley quickly established itself as the preferred fabricator for many growing clients in the local market.

Purchased in 2010 by our Stewart & Tate group, this strategic acquisition added the ability to furnish high-quality, specialized metal fabrications for Stewart & Tate's Industrial Division projects. In addition, Riley’s customers gained access to the unique construction capabilities of Stewart & Tate.

Shortly after the acquisition, Riley earned ISO Certification for its quality assurance program due to its ability to consistently provide products that meet or exceed customers’ stringent standards. This reputation for quality and a client-focused philosophy have contributed to the continued expansion of the business over the years.
